Our Boards

We have four boards, that focus on specific areas. Each Board has a resident majority.

1. Poplar Board

The Poplar Board has overall responsibility for Poplar HARCA. It may delegate this responsibility to Focus Boards, committees, officers and staff. However, it retains the ultimate responsibility for all actions taken in Poplar HARCA's name. The role of the Poplar Board is to set the overall aims and objectives of Poplar HARCA and to ensure that the organisation is meeting these and keeping within its legal and moral obligations.
