Seizing the Opportunities
Poplar HARCA's new Corporate Strategic Plan for 2011-2016 sets out the actions we will take over the next five years to build on the work we have done so far to make poplar a better place for our residents.
Our plan has been shaped by the ideas of our residents,staff and partners is designed to achieve their aspirations to make poplar a place where people choose to live, work and enjoy life.
Things are changing fast and we need to ensure that we position ourselves so that we can act quickly to get the best for our residents and those in housing need in the area. That is why we have called this plan 'Seizing the Opportunities'.
I am confident that, despite the challenges ahead, we can build on our successes during the next five years to achieve even more for, and with, our residents.
