Employment and training
Our employment and training team provides confidential, impartial information and advice and guidance to local residents aged 16-64 who are looking for work, are under-employed in their job or wish to study/train. The team also provides basic training in using the Internet to help residents who are looking for jobs.
The team also provides non-accredited introductory ICT classes and CISCO accredited computer maintenance courses.

- referrals to other sources of advice and guidance, such as legal, welfare benefits or debt advice.
The team operate mainly from Trussler Hall, Grundy Street but also do outreach from the Burdett, Aberfeldy and Linc Centres. You can access this service by appointment but also on a drop in a basis. Please see advice session timetable for details.
All services are offered free but we expect clients to keep us informed of positive progressions so we can document our work. We also have a complaints procedure.
