Teviot

David House Site

We have submitted a planning application to the Council on this canal side site, formally David House. The application submitted will produce 24 new homes in three separate blocks under the social rent scheme. Two of the new buildings will be a small terrace of town houses with the third being a small block of flats overlooking the canal.

The consultation period for the scheme ends on 11th March and we hope we will be given a decision shortly after that date.

The scheme will produce 8 two bedroom homes, 10 three bedroom homes, 4 four bedroom homes and two five bedroom homes.
