How to pay
Debit Card - you can pay in person by debit card at our head office.The main office is at 167a East India Dock Road, E14 0EA, and is open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. To pay by phone call 0870 770 0472. You will need your rent card number (or your rent/service charge no)

Cheque - send cheque payments to 167a East India Dock Road, E14 0EA. Please make cheques payable to Poplar HARCA and write name and address on the back of the cheque. Cheques will also be accepted at our main office for personal callers.
Cash – Cash payments in person at any post office or pay point.
Rent Direct – You can pay your rent using Housing Benefit that we receive directly from London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is your responsibility to ensure your claim is being paid.
Direct Debit / Standing order – If you contact us we can send you a form that you may take to your bank or building society or return back to us. This is a convenient method of payment, as you do not have to remember to send the rent payment on a regular basis.
