If you get behind with your rent
If you get into money trouble and fall behind with your rent, we can arrange for you to pay what you owe in extra weekly amounts.
Please contact us on 020 7510 0500. Ask to speak to a rent and service charge officer. They will:
- check that you’re getting the right benefits
- give you any claim forms you may need and help you fill them in
- explain your rent and benefits
- suggest the best way to manage your money
Together we can work out how to pay off what you owe. We will always try to help people get out of rent debt.
But we will take swift legal action against anyone who refuses to clear their debt.
