Resident involvement handbook

This document was put together by residents. We wanted to explain what we mean when we use the term 'resident empowerment' and tell you how we can make a difference. You can be a part of deciding what is important when you get involved in the community.

We want this handbook to be a guide, which answers your questions and tells you about the different ways you can get involved. It also focuses on Poplar HARCA's commitment to getting you involved and the aims of 'resident involvement' for the next 12 months.
