23 April 2009We are launching a resident opinion survey on Monday 27 April to help us improve our service to residents.
So that we can continue to improve our services we want you to tell us about the following:
· what you think about our services
· what you think about how we communicate with you
· what issues you have raised with us and how we have addressed them
We have asked an experienced, independent company called CELLO mruk to carry out a survey at a random number of our homes. They will be visiting over 600 homes to ask you a number of questions, which should take no longer than 15 minutes. The information you give to this company is confidential, which means your name will not to be linked to any of your answers. CELLO mruk will only report on the overall results of the survey.
We will use the results to improve the way we deliver our services to you. If you are visited by a mruk researcher check their identity before letting them in.
