The Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW), Grant Thornton UK LLP, Poplar HARCA and the National Skills Academy Financial Services (NSAFS) are working in partnership to create an innovative and responsive learning tool that will offer money management skills and advice to Poplar’s vulnerable residents.
