Emergencies

Out-of-hours emergency

If an emergency happens outside normal working hours, phone 0800 035 1991. You will be put through to our emergency repair service.

What counts as an out-of-hours emergency?

  • flooding, where water is affecting services such as electricity
  • loss of electricity or drinking water supply
  • complete loss of heating (October to May)
  • if your home is not secure due to vandalism or a break-in
  • the removal of obscene and offensive graffiti
  • the breakdown of a lift if there is no other working lift
  • major emergencies such as structural damage caused by fire/smoke

How quickly we will do the work

Emergency repair
We aim to get to you within one hour and finish repair within 24 hours.

Urgent repair
We aim to get to you within two working days and complete job within three working days.

Normal repair
We aim to get to you within five working days and complete the repair within seven working days.

Non-urgent repair
We aim to get to you within 10 working days and complete within 20 working days.
