Our responsibilities

Repairs include
- breakdowns to hot water and central heating systems
- electrical problems such as faulty light switches
- storage tanks, hot water cylinders, immersion
- heaters and sanitary ware(bath, toilet, basin)
- waste pipes, defective ball valves, faulty taps, plumbing leaks
- central heating appliances such as boilers and radiators
- structural faults to floors, walls and ceilings
- external doors and windows, except for broken glazing unless a crime number has been obtained
- blocked drains
- blocked and leaking gutters and rain water pipes
- roofs, leaks and minor repairs
- external rendering, air bricks and vents
- steps and staircases are minor repairs
- communal TV aerials
- door entry systems
