Report a repair
If you would like to report a repair there are 4 ways you can do this.
- By telephone please call 0800 035 1991,
- In person at your local neighbourhood office and the Chrisp St Office,
- Registering with home online (login here)
- Click the hammer button below and you can report your repair from our website
This website service is ONLY to be used to report day to day repairs during a weekday, (Monday to Friday) between 9am – 5pm ONLY. For emergencies please call 0800 035 1991
Important: Repair requests sent from this website after 5pm in the evening and during a weekend (Friday after 5pm to Monday before 9am) will only be registered the next working day. Also we may need to contact you if we believe the repair is your responsibility or the responsibility of your landlord if you are a private tenant.
