Data protection
Under the data protection act we have a duty to look after the information we keep about you. But in order to trace tenants that have moved away still owing rent, we are using an external company called Daniels Silverman. This means we will be passing information to them, which they need to trace former tenants to collect what they owe. Information will not be used for any marketing purposes.
The information we will share include
Name
Date of birth
Address (including previous or subsequent known address)
Amount of rent owed
Telephone numbers
Email addresses
