How to pay
Debit Card - you can pay in person by debit card at our head office.The main office is at 167a East India Dock Road, E14 0EA, and is open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. To pay by phone call Allpay on 0844 557 8321 . You will need your rent card number (or your rent/service charge no)

Cheque - send cheque payments to 167a East India Dock Road, E14 0EA. Please make cheques payable to Poplar HARCA and write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Cheques will also be accepted at our main office for personal callers.
Cash - Please do not bring cash to our office. Cash payments can be made in person at any post office or pay point.
Rent Direct - You can pay your rent using Housing Benefit that we receive directly from London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is your responsibility to ensure your claim is being paid.
Direct Debit - Please contact us to send you a form to complete and return to us. This is the easiest way to pay your rent. You can choose from weekly, fortnightly, 4weekly or monthly payments on whichever date is best for you. We will tell you when the amount you need to pay changes and you do not need to do anything once it has been set up. You also have the protection of the direct debit guarantee.
Standing order - If you contact us we can send you a form that you need to complete and take to your bank or building society. They will then pay us weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly payments on whichever date is best for you. You will need to contact you bank or building society to change the amount if necessary.
