Her award-winning Housing teams deliver services to our 10,000 households. Her award-winning Corporate Services teams deliver for the organisation and its people.

Andrea has worked in housing for 30 years with Southwark and Tower Hamlets Councils, Swan Housing Group and Richmond Housing Partnership. She is a Group Board Member of MHS Homes, and Chair of Heart of Medway Housing Association.

Andrea is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Directors.
