Community Event Volunteer

Throughout the year we'll be hosting a range of community events with lots of family entertainment and we are always looking for support. Next Up: Aberfeldy Half Term Fun and St Paul's Way Half Term Club

We're looking for energetic, smiley and friendly people who want to help make our events a great success. Our events are usually free to attend and will play host to a variety of family activities and usually include, street food, cookery, art & crafts stalls, children activities, live music and performances from talented young people and community members alike! 


Aberfeldy Family Half Term Project Volunteer

We are looking for 3 volunteers to support each morning. You will have great communication skills and an interest in either arts & crafts or cooking On the day you will be responsible for...

- Helping to welcome the children and parents and making them feel comfortable

- Setting up and clearing away arts & crafts and cooking stations

- Supervising arts & crafts and cooking activities

- Supporting group games with the children

St Paul's Way Half Term Club Volunteer

We are looking for 2-3 volunteers to support each day. You will have great communication skills and and like volunteering to support childrens activities. On the day you will be responsible for...

- Helping to welcome the children and parents and making them feel comfortable

- Assisting in setting up for the day and clearing up at the end of day

- Take part in sports and play, encouraging all children to be involved

- Any other general duties as requested by staff

Tuesday 19th February: 9am - 2pm

Wednesday 20th February: 9am - 3pm

Thursday 21st February: 9am - 3pm



Event volunteering is fun! You'll get to volunteer alongside staff and other volunteers helping to put on a great event to be enjoyed by local residents.


Other Info

You will receive agreed ‘out of pocket’ travel expenses on production of a valid receipt and lunch for St Paul's Way volunteering. You can join in with free training courses and volunteer social events. We will provide you with an honest reference regardless of how long you are with us.
