All Opportunities

Chrisp Street Community Cycles Volunteer

Poplar HARCA has partnered up with active travel organisation Sustrans and environmental organisation HUBBUB to bring residents the Chrisp Street Family Cycle Centre. We will offer free cycle hire, routes, trips, led rides, maintenance, classes and more. This is a pilot project and will last 8 weeks starting the last week of July.

This opportunity is suitable for anyone who is passionate about cycling and can help to encourage others to take up active travel. You may be a new learner or an experienced cyclist but you will be able to warmly welcome residents into the space, talk about the programme of events, chat about cycling and support with bookings and the hire of cycles.
