Are you passionate about Pilates? Help someone to keep active in their own home by volunteering to deliver a series of Pilates sessions online!
At Poplar HARCA, supporting our local communities, emotional wellbeing and physical health is important to us. During the pandemic we launched an online community platform and digital services. As a result, we are looking for a Pilate’s instructor to contribute to our online content.
As a Pilates Volunteer Instructor you will create five-minute stretch videos and showing how to master different moves and how it evolves from beginner to intermediate to advance. Alternatively, you can offer online Pilates session.
This role is ideal for someone newly qualified in Pilates looking to get more hands on experience. As a volunteer you will be volunteering remotely and recording yourself. In the future there is opportunity to fulfil this role in-person delivering at one of our community centre.
