Seated Exercise Activity Instructor (No Experience Needed)
Our Well One team aim to provide better access to free and low-cost activities, courses, classes and events to support local people to actively improve their health & wellbeing. Exercise and fitness are critical components of maintaining a healthy and thriving lifestyle. They would like to drive forward this notion by delivering free seated exercise classes to the community.
If you have an interest it health and fitness, and want to enable others to improve their health and engage in safe and sustainable movement, volunteer to lead this class alongside our support staff. You will complete a free short training course and work with us to plan and execute a programme of weekly sessions at our St Pauls Way Centre.
Date: Monday 10.45am – 12.15pm (flexible)
