Videographer Volunteer – Health & Wellbeing

Well One is an innovative health & wellbeing initiative. This project works in partnership with 20 local service providers to coordinate activities, services and projects in Poplar that aim to improve the health and wellbeing of local residents. The partnership is working towards effective use of existing resources and creating dynamic and sustainable solutions to improve health in Poplar

We are looking for a volunteer videographer to help tell our community stories. You will be volunteering with the Well One, Communications and Digital Service teams within Community Development and Wellbeing.


As a Volunteer Videographer you will be charged with creating two short films, as part of anthology, exploring the journey and impact of our community development projects relating to wellbeing.

Date: This is a flexible role and dates can be arranged based on availability of both parties.

Hours: 10-6 pm (minimum 6 hours per week)

Location: St Pauls Way Community Centre

  • Academic or professional experience in video production, media/film or related field of study
  • Ability to work on projects independently as well as with a team collaborating on story angles/ideas
  • Access to video/ photo equipment as well as editing software
  • Experience in photography, writing and other storytelling methods also strongly preferred

Who should we contact in an emergency?
