The Bartlett Park scheme has brought 150 new homes, a new arts and community centre and a waterside centre to the area.

The social rented and shared ownership homes are managed by Poplar HARCA and L&Q (formerly East Thames), and Telford Homes managed the homes for private sale.

  • 150 new homes: 53 social rent, 22 shared ownership and 75 private sale.
  • Poplar Union: A brand new, fully-fledged arts and community centre providing a communal, social and creative space accessible to all. The space is also home to café and coffee roastery, E5 Roasthouse.
  • Waterside centre: Access to The Limehouse Cut for litterpicks and paddle-boarding, provided by Moo Canoes.

The features above were completed in 2015. Tower Hamlets Council is currently carrying out improvement works to the park, including an outside gym, dog walking area, grass pitches and an ecology and play zone.
