Kate holds a BSc (Honours) in Property Studies, a MSc in City and Regional Planning and is a member of the RTPI. She was born in South African and has lived in East London since 2016.

Kate works for Argent Services LLP and has worked primarily on King’s Cross, a 67-acre mixed-use regeneration scheme which has patiently transformed, with respect for the site’s unique heritage, an industrial wasteland into a thriving neighbourhood. She currently leads planning applications within King’s Cross and Brent Cross South, a joint venture with Barnet council to deliver a new town centre, including up to 6,700 new homes and significant employment, leisure, retail, educational, health and green space.
