Your ideas help us to improve

There are lots of ways to get involved with what we do, and over the next few months more opportunities are opening up for you to help us improve our services for everyone.

There are lots of ways to get involved with what we do, and over the next few months more opportunities are opening up for you to help us improve our services for everyone.

A new way for us to engage – designed by you

Last October we launched a Community Panel of six residents to review and improve the way we listen to and act on your feedback.

They’ve been busy looking at our resident engagement plans and making recommendations on what we can do better. They’ve now finalised their suggestions for a new way of engaging based around four key themes: inclusivity and accessibility, partnership and collaboration, learning and improvement, and timely and consistent communication.

They’ll be presenting their proposals to our Board in July, so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements soon!

Put your ideas to the test

We want to design a new, easy-to-use platform to improve the way we interact and share information with you. Your feedback and ideas will be essential to its success, so we’re looking for up to ten residents to get involved in its creation.

By taking part, you’ll have a direct impact on the final product – seeing your ideas come to life. We want it to be easy and accessible for you to share your ideas, through surveys, focus groups, and other simple tools. You’ll also receive a voucher as a thank you for  your time.
