Caroline Murray and the Knitting the Air project received special recognition at the Global Women Inventors and Innovation Network awards ceremony on Thursday 3 October. The project brings together residents, services and community organisations to visualise local air pollution data through knitting. It was commended for combining data visualisation, community co-production, environmental awareness and art.
Our project team were commended for installing smart home devices in our residents’ homes. They won bronze in the Customer and Tenants Service category, at the Housing Technology Awards. The use of HomeLink technology enables residents to monitor air quality and humidity.

It supports over 650 vulnerable adults in overcoming barriers to employment through training, confidence-building, and digital skills development.

Find out moreWith EcoWorld London, we won Best Housing Partnership for the transformation of Aberfeldy Village at the British Homes Awards. Together, we’ve provided hundreds of new homes and improved green spaces to create a friendly and welcoming environment for the local community.
Find out moreWe were awarded Best Partnership for over 100 homes at the Inside Housing Development Awards for Aberfeldy Village. This award recognises our joint venture with EcoWorld London to deliver quality homes and community spaces co-designed by local residents.
Our Development team was also shortlisted for Best Development team (urban).
Our Aberfeldy Village scheme was highly commended for Best Regeneration at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards. Since the regeneration began, we’ve provided over 900 new homes and we hope to build 1,600 more.
