This was awarded to Poplar Works, a new work and training space for East London’s fashion economy. The project is a partnership between Poplar HARCA, London College of Fashion, UAL, The Trampery and the Greater London Authority. It was designed by Adams & Sutherland architects and built by Niblock Building Contractors.
