Island Point

Moments from the Thames riverside, Island Point has brought 173 new affordable homes to the iconic Isle of Dogs.

The scheme is owned by Funding Affordable Housing and managed by Poplar HARCA.

Features of the scheme include:

173 new homes: 142 (80%) social rent and 31 shared ownership. All are large family homes, with 3-5 bedrooms.
Green spaces: Courtyard, shared garden, children’s play spaces, seating areas and cycle storage.
