Drug use and dealing

Drug use and dealing are criminal offences. We do not have the power to respond directly to criminal activity, so it’s important that you report it to the Police. 

How to make a report

Please let the Police know about drug-related concerns:

  • Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger
  • Call 101 for non-emergencies
  • Report it online
  • Anonymously: Call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111

If you’re a Poplar HARCA resident, or the issue is affecting you, please let us know once you’ve reported it to the Police:

Please include your crime reference number so we can follow this up with the Police.  

We will work with the Police, who will lead any criminal investigation. Where Poplar HARCA residents are involved, we will work in partnership with them to help resolve the issue.
