Drug use and dealing

Drug use and dealing are criminal offences. We do not have the power to respond to directly to criminal activity, so it’s important that you report it to the Police.

How to make a report

You can report drug-related concerns to the Police:

  • Call 101 for non-emergencies
  • Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger
  • Online: Report | Metropolitan Police
  • Anonymously: Crimestoppers (0800 555 111)

Let us know

If you’re a Poplar HARCA resident, or the issue is affecting you, please let us know once you’ve reported it to the Police.

You can email our Community Safety Team at communitysafety@poplarharca.co.uk.

Please include your crime reference number so we can follow this up with the Police.

We will work with the Police, who will lead any criminal investigation. Where Poplar HARCA residents are involved, we will work in partnership with them to help resolve the issue.
