Housing Services

Our Housing Team provides a variety of services to Tenants including:

  • Antisocial behaviour: logging, investigating and tackling antisocial behaviour, support for victims, mediation, legal proceedings
  • Estate Boards and Gathering Groups: resident forums to inform decisions about each Estate
  • Lettings: if you want to move, if you’re interested in a Poplar HARCA property, if you’re overcrowded
  • Parking: applications for Estate parking permits, information about parking on our Estates
  • Rents: Rents, tenant service charges, paying, benefits, and advice if you’re worried about paying
  • Safeguarding: support for adults who face a wide range of difficulties, including drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse and hoarding
  • Tenancy agreements: starting and ending a tenancy, rights and obligations, if a tenant dies, moving home, mutual exchange

Each of our Estates has a dedicated Housing Officer who knows your estate and is responsible to you for local services and advice.
