How we can support you

We offer support for a wide range of needs including: 

  • Hoarding 
  • Drug and alcohol abuse 
  • Elder abuse 
  • Financial abuse 
  • Family support 
  • Adults with additional needs 

We take all concerns seriously, and they’ll be handled sensitively and in confidence. Our dedicated team works closely with specialist services to make sure you get the right help and support.

Support for young people

Our Safeguarding Intervention Manager can also support residents under 18.

If a young person is experiencing difficulties, we can offer guidance and connect them with the right services. This may include support with: 

  • Antisocial behaviour 
  • Bullying or peer pressure 
  • Family conflict 
  • Problems at school 
  • Drug or alcohol use 
  • Other wellbeing concerns
