She has worked for both large and small organisations including Southern Housing Group, L&Q, One Housing Group, Local Space HA, Tower Hamlets Homes and Greenfields Community Housing.

She has extensive experience of working at a senior level and has held a number of Head of Property Services and Assistant Director positions. Specialising in Property Services, Asset Management and Compliance, Shabana is also extremely passionate about the customer experience and ensuring that quality services are delivered to a high standard. She is keen to promote resident involvement and engagement in all aspects of the business.

As a Mentor for the Housing Diversity Network, Shabana champions Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
