Paul Dooley
Paul grew up in Bow, East London and has lived in Tower Hamlets for most of his life.
Paul started his career in construction working for main contractors in a variety of roles, beginning as a Management Trainee and working up to Director level. During this time Paul worked in many sectors including education, retail, commercial and housing, with projects ranging in size from £1m to £200m.
He joined Poplar HARCA in 2010 as Director of Estate Regeneration to lead the £145m Housing Choice programme, to regenerate over 3,000 homes on six different estates across Poplar. Paul now leads the strategic delivery of the organisation’s new build and community-driven regeneration programmes, including the transformative Teviot, Aberfeldy and Chrisp Street Market schemes.
