Reflexology, Hand & Indian Head massage An appointments based 1-2-1 massage therapy session to help reduce stress and tension.

Choose between Indian head massage, or reflexology, performed on the feet & lower legs or the hands and forearms.

Both therapies help you manage conditions such as :

Back pain

Headaches

Constipation

Low energy

Cost: £5 per session

Payment must be made in advance.

Refund provided if 24 hours notice of cancellation  is provided.

We may share your information with the emergency services in the event of an emergency, All information will be stored securely on our encrypted database.
