At the end of your course we'll ask you to complete an optional student feedback form, but we also welcome feedback at any time.
Here are some of the changes we’ve made to our services, following your feedback:
- You wanted more time to complete the course, so we’ve extended our courses and always provide flexibility and extensions when needed.
- You wanted more support with employability skills, so we’re buying an employability package which learners will be able to use for free, helping them to improve things like their interview skills and CV writing ability. This will be integrated into all courses. Our employment support programme is also free for all unemployed and low income learners.
- You wanted more face to face sessions after the pandemic, so we’ve moved most of our courses back to the classroom and are aiming to deliver a combination of online and classroom based learning for other courses.
- You wanted more classes and time with the tutor, so we’ve arranged volunteers for our digital skills and functional skills courses and will be making these volunteers available for 121 sessions outside of the classes.
- You wanted laptops to be readily available, so we’ve increased our laptop provision to help learners who don’t have access to a computer.
