Children’s BMX Class Volunteer

We’re taking part in the Path to Paris 2024 Programme to celebrate the Paris Olympics. As part of this, we’re holding BMX sessions for children aged 6 – 11 from Mile End and Langdon Park every Wednesday and Friday.

As a volunteer, you’ll support our British Cycling qualified instructor lead the class, providing an extra pair of hands and set of eyes to ensure all participants are catered to. You don’t need any experience on a BMX, but a friendly and patient attitude is essential.

Location:

Mile End Urban Adventure Base BMX Track & Langdon Park BMX Track

Hours:

Wednesday 3.45 – 5.30pm & Friday 3.45 – 5.30pm

  • Supporting with the session when needed
  • Helping to tidy up and pack away BMX bikes at the end of the session

You don’t need to be a cyclist or a BMX rider, but you should be a friendly and warm individual who enjoys working with young children.
