Help us test our new online features for a £10 shopping voucher

We’ve been making some improvements to our digital services, and will soon be launching some new features on our chatbot, Poppy, to help you report repairs and book appointments online at any time – without needing to call us.

Before we launch the new features, we’re looking for a small group of residents to help us test them out.

What’s involved

The testing session will be taking place:

In person, at our head office – 155 East India Dock Road
On Thursday 7 December
Between 12-2pm, with lunch included

During the testing we’ll ask you to carry out a range of simple activities to try out the new chatbot features.

We’ll also ask you to make a minimum payment of £1 into your account.

If possible, please bring the device that you usually use to access our services, such as a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.

Please note only tenants, leaseholders, and car space/garage holders are able to take part in the testing, not other household members.

How you’ll help

We want our online services to be as smooth as possible, so we need to make sure that the new features work, that they’re simple and easy to use, and that they do what you need them to do.

If there are any issues at this stage, you will help us to discover them now and get them fixed before we go live – meaning we can get things right first time for other residents.
