New Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey


We've asked you to tell us how you feel about our services as part of a new resident satisfaction survey.

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey is a new requirement for every social housing provider.

Our TSM survey is now closed. We’ll share the results with you soon.

Set by the Regulator of Social Housing, its purpose is to make it easier for you to see how well we’re performing.  What you tell us also lets the regulator know whether we’re meeting consumer standards.

We asked leaseholders and shared owners to complete the TSM survey too because we want to hear from every resident who receives our services.

For every survey completed, we’ll donate £1 to a local charity. You could also choose to enter a prize draw for a £100 Love2Shop voucher.

How do I complete a survey?

We sent the 10 minute survey to residents by:

  • email
  • text message
  • and by post, to those who may not be online.

We also carried out telephone surveys and gave everyone the option to carry out the survey with us, by phone.
