Resident survey – the results are in

Last year we contacted all residents to find out how we’re doing. We had over 800 responses - thank you to everyone who took the time to feedback.

We’ve been crunching the numbers, and here are the results:

Most of you have seen improvements where you live in the last year:

You also highlighted several areas for improvement in our services:

  • Speed and quality of repairs
  • Keeping you informed and updated
  • Ease of reporting repairs, antisocial behaviour and complaints
  • Resolving complaints

What’s next?

This summer we will be carrying out more in-depth focus groups, one-to-one conversations and workshops to understand these issues better, and find out more about the changes you would like to see. If you told us that you wish to be contacted in future when you completed the survey, we will write to you or call you soon.
