Lhipon has lived in the Bromley by Bow area for over 25 years.
He is passionate about community development and actively supporting the social-economic welfare of the community in which he grew up.
He heads up a Strategic Finance team in the Civil Service. In his spare time Lhipon volunteers for Social Organisation for Unity & Leisure (SOUL), a local community organisation supporting young people.
