Andrea Baker
Andrea joined Poplar HARCA as Director of Housing in 2008.
Her Housing teams delivers services to our 10,000 households including tenancy and leasehold management, lettings, rents, safeguarding and antisocial behaviour.
Her Corporate Services team deliver for the organisation and its people, including digital transformation and IT, business support, complaints, HR and communications.
Andrea is responsible for compliance with consumer standards.
Andrea has worked in housing for 30 years with Southwark and Tower Hamlets Council, Swan Housing Group and Richmond Housing Partnership.
Andrea is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Chartered Management Institute of Directors and Royal Society of Arts.
