Kevin Wright
Director of Technical Resources
Kevin is our longest serving Director and is highly experienced in large scale property maintenance and asset management.
He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Building and has vast experience in asset management and regeneration in the commercial and housing sectors.
Kevin managed the regeneration programmes that followed on from the stock transfers with budgets of over £400m. He currently manages staff who look after all our homes and the local environment, with responsibility for asset management, estate services, health and safety and facilities management.
