Food Safety for Catering

Level 2 Award

This qualification is designed to prepare you for or support you in employment in a catering role.

You will cover topics that are regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as important to maintaining good practice in the production of safe food (storage, preparation, cooking service and handling of food).

 

This course will take place over one full day.

Priority given to unemployed and low income learners.

 

This course pairs well with our L1 in Hospitality and Catering.

You must be:

  • living in London
  • have the right to live and work in the UK
  • be 19 or over on the 31st of August 2023
  • not be in full time education (i.e. we can’t take on full time Uni students)
