Over two phases, the Bromley High Street infill scheme in Bow has created 13 new affordable homes and 2 new bases for our Estate Services team.
The new homes are located between Sadler House and a private home, close to the junction at St Leonards Street.
Features of the scheme include:
- 13 new affordable homes: Five homes for affordable rent, (a mix of one, two and three bedrooms), and eight shared ownership properties, (a mix of one and two bedrooms).
- 2 new Estate Services bases: New bases for our Estate Services teams on Rounton Road and Powis Road.
- This is an infill scheme which involves reusing underused or redundant spaces within built-up areas, to create new homes.
This scheme is now complete with residents moving into their new homes in early summer 2022.
