Jolles House has created 70 affordable new homes, green spaces and play area, in Bow.
Features of the scheme include:
70 affordable new homes: 13 social rent and 57 shared ownership. The new homes are located where the former Jolles House, which contained just 12 flats, redundant garages and the Blue Anchor pub used to stand.
Green spaces: Extensive landscaping to the surrounding area, including new trees, plants, paving, courtyards and an open lawn.
Play areas: Climbing walls, chess equipment, table tennis and a basketball hoop.
