Glenda enrolled in her university’s International Internship Programme so she could experience working with communities unlike her own. She joined our Strategic Partnerships team within our Community Development and Wellbeing strand for three months.

She wanted to use her marketing degree to give back to society – and says her time with us was the perfect fit.

“It was a refreshing change to see the genuine passion that everyone had on the team with an aim to better the lives of the residents”.

Her highlight was helping with our women’s boat club: “watching the residents gain new skills and tremendous confidence has been a very fulfilling experience.”
