Feeling Calm Together

Looking at how stress and tension can impact specific areas of the body, especially the jaw and how to manage symptoms.

Stress and tension often show up in the body in different ways, and one of the most common is tightness in the jaw and neck.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Weeks, we’ve partnered with Breath Move Health CIC to run a workshop focused on jaw work and voice activation. The session is designed to help release built-up tension in the body through gentle, practical techniques.

It will be led by Neriman Aziz, a women’s health osteopath with over ten years of clinical experience. She explores how jaw tension can reflect deeper patterns held throughout the body. By working in this area and using the voice as a tool for expression and regulation, the aim is to create more ease, balance and a stronger sense of internal connection.
