This is a one day course, perfect for learners who want to work or progress in Retail, Hospitality and many other customer facing roles.

Eligibility criteria
To join, you must:
- be 18-24 years old
- live in Tower Hamlets
- have the right to live and work in the UK
- not be in education or training
- be unemployed (including NOT working on a zero hours contract)
