Our annual tenant satisfaction survey is now live – and we’d love to hear from you.

Share your feedback

This is your chance to tell us what we’re doing well, and where we could do better. What you share will help us shape our services, report to the Regulator of Social Housing, and build an action plan for the year ahead.

Please note, this year’s survey is for tenants only. All residents, including shared owners and leaseholders, will be invited to take part in a wider satisfaction survey every three years.

It’s quick, with a chance to win!

The survey only takes around 6 minutes to complete. And when you take part, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Love2Shop voucher.

For every survey completed, we’ll also donate £1 to one of three local charities:

  • First Love Foundation – supporting people in poverty in Tower Hamlets
  • The Felix Project – rescuing surplus food for schools and charities
  • Neighbours in Poplar – tackling loneliness in our community

Your feedback makes a difference

Last year, your feedback helped shape the targets in our 2025-26 service plan, including:

  • Auditing 25% of our social tenancies
  • Acting on more resident-led repair recommendations
  • Adding a new case management tool to our online portal MyHARCA
  • Creating tailored emergency exit plans for residents in buildings over 18 metres
  • Visiting every social housing home for a full inspection

How to take part

All tenants have been sent a unique survey link by email or text. Simply click the link to get started. If you’d prefer to complete the survey over the phone, just give us a call on 0800 035 1991.
