We’re offering free Property MOT inspections to Poplar HARCA tenants. It’s a simple way for us to check the general condition of your home – and a great chance for you to let us know about any repairs that need doing.

What’s a property MOT?

Think of it like a mini check-up for your home. One of our team members will visit and spend no more than 30 minutes looking at key areas, such as your kitchen and bathroom.

Here’s what we’ll do during the visit:

look at the age and condition of your kitchen and bathroom
take a few photos (with your permission)
fill out a quick form
talk through any repair issues you’d like to raise

After the inspection, we’ll arrange any necessary repairs.

How to book your property MOT

To book your inspection, just get in touch with our Repairs team by emailing repairsteam@poplarharca.co.uk or calling us on 0800 035 1991.

Appointments are available at the following times:

Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm
Monday to Friday, 4pm-6pm

We’ll also be out and about on your estate, knocking on doors to offer MOTs. Our team will always carry ID. If the timing isn’t convenient, we can arrange a visit at a time that works better for you.
