Take part in our Basic Digital Skills course, starting this April, and you’ll receive a free smartphone. Perfect for beginners, our friendly tutors will help you grow your confidence and level up your digital skills. Sign-up by Friday 17 April.
Course dates and times:
Our new course begins on Tuesday 21 April and Wednesday 22 April. Sessions run once a week for 8 weeks, from 11am to 1pm at St Paul’s Way Centre.
When you sign up, you’ll join either the Tuesday group or the Wednesday group. We ask that you come along on the same day each week so you can get the most out of the course.
During the course, you’ll learn to:
- use Google
- write emails
- set-up online banking
- find public transport
- chat and video call
- use social media
To take part, you must:
- be a Poplar HARCA resident
- be 19 or over
- not currently own a smartphone
- be able to complete Entry Level 1 and 2 Digital Skills
