UPDATE: Devons Road Water Pressure

We are aware of intermittent problems with water pressure and supply affecting some homes in the Devons Road area:

• Barton House
• Rudstone House
• Chagford House
• Langmead House
• Limscott House
• Nethercott House
• Shillingford House
• Ashcombe House

We’ve agreed plans for the buildings needing extensive work and we are now moving forward with issuing these works.

These buildings include Barton House, Rudstone Houses, Limscott House, Shillingford House, Chagford House and most recently, Ashcombe House and Nethercott House.

We continue to monitor incoming reports of water supply interruptions, and if any further buildings experience issues, we will consider plans for those homes as well.

Many households may experience increased water use during early-morning and evening hours. This can also contribute to peak-time pressure changes. We kindly encourage residents to store some water in advance, where possible, to help manage any temporary interruptions during these busy periods.

We have been and are continuing to provide bottled water for those affected by intermittent water supply.
