Your feedback makes a difference

Last autumn, we asked residents to share your thoughts in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey. We wanted to hear what you think about our services and where we can do better. A huge thank you to everyone who took part – the results are now in!

What is the TSM Survey? 

Every year, all social housing providers in England carry out this survey with their residents. It helps you to see how well we’re performing and lets the Regulator of Social Housing check that we’re meeting consumer standards. 

Here’s what you told us 

Overall, 82% of residents who took part in the survey said they’re satisfied with our services. Here’s how that looks by tenure: 

  • 84% of tenants are satisfied with our services 
  • 74% of shared owners are satisfied with our services 
  • 79% of leaseholders are satisfied with our services 

In the next few months, we’ll be sharing more detailed results and letting you know what steps we’re taking to improve in the areas you said we need to do better at.   

In it to win it 

As a thank you for completing the survey, we ran a prize draw and randomly selected ten winners. They’ve all been contacted and each received a £100 Love2Shop voucher as a token of our appreciation. Congratulations to everyone who won! 

Giving back to our community 

Alongside listening to your feedback, we’re committed to supporting our community.  

This year, we’ve donated £500 each to three fantastic organisations: Neighbours in Poplar, The Felix Project, and First Love Foundation. These charities provide essential support and resources to local people, and we’re proud to play a small role in their work.
